- Tax exemption certificates are compiled and emailed to the donor automatically upon successful reconciliation.
- Make sure to provide your accurate PAN details during the app support registration to claim exemptions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Donations processed in support of the Organ Donation Network (ODN) are generally non-refundable. However, refunds are processed under the following criteria:
- Technical errors leading to duplicate charges for a single intended donation.
- Unauthorized transactions processed due to identity theft or digital fraud.
Timeline: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 15 working days.

Privacy Policy for Payment Processing
1. Information We Collect During Payments
To process and reconcile monetary donations, we gather specific parameters:
- Personal Identifiers: Donor's full name, email address, phone number, and billing address.
- Transaction Specs: Donation amount, payment method used, unique Razorpay Transaction ID, date/time, and transaction status.
- Device Telemetry: Device model, OS, IP address, and browser footprints (for audit trails).
2. How We Use Payment Information
Payment details are strictly utilized to execute business logistics:
- Processing the transaction and generating official digital donation receipts.
- Issuing tax exemption certificates under the 80G framework.
- Maintaining legal financial accounting records (retained for 7 years for tax audits).
- Detecting, mitigating, and preventing fraudulent transactions.
3. Third-Party Payment Partners
We partner with **Razorpay Software Private Limited** to handle billing transactions. When donating, your parameters pass directly to Razorpay's vaults. We receive only transaction confirmations. Review the Razorpay Privacy Policy for details on their data processing.
4. Regulatory Compliance
We process payment parameters in accordance with Indian regulatory frameworks, including:
